Practical training is intended for those who want to learn how to quickly and effectively take a break from their ambiguous thoughts and feelings, feel inner peace and listen to intuition before making important decisions.
There will be a sharing of the theoretical part of human structure and management. During the training, you will perform two meditation sessions together with the lecturer.
The training consists of six parts:
• Acquaintance, theoretical part of the human structure
• Preparation for meditation session
• First meditation session
• Sharing of experiences, discussion, recommendations of the lecturer during the exercise, general questions related to the analysis and realization of people.
• The second, long meditation session with spec. music track
• Staying calm, recommendations at home, homework
